General terms

Article 1. General. These general conditions apply to all products offered by Caatje Antiek & Brocante  delivered. Many of the products  exhibit normal user traces. Caatje Antiek & Brocante  is however not liable for consequential damages that recipient or a third person in respect of the products may suffer.

Article 2. Delivery time. Items are delivered within 5 working days after payment. Exceeding the delivery times specified by Caatje Antiek & Brocante, for any reason whatsoever, the customer never entitled to compensation.

Article 3. Prices. All prices are listed in euros and inclusive of VAT and plus shipping. At margin scheme is also the amount including and excluding postage.

Article 4. Shipping. Orders will be packed with great care. Caatje Antiek & Brocante is not liable for damage to goods caused by the sendingfirm.

Article 5. Cooling-off period and return. Customers who buy a product at Caatje Antiek and Brocante have a cooling-off period of seven days. Within this period, they may reverse the sale and return the product in its original packaging . We do not accept unstamped shipments. COD shipments will not be accepted . the buyer will receive a voucher of the purchase price,which can be returned within 3 months, in our showroom or webshop.
The shipping cost will be payed by the buyer.
